Social Worker (Finance)

TheSocial Worker plans, organizes, and directs programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident; provides direct resident and family support; and acts as a resident advocate.

Social Worker Qualifications:

• Must have High School diploma
• Social work experience preferred
• Must have a valid Virginia driver's license
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Knowledge of social services practices and procedures
• Leadership skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
