Job Title: Head of SaaS Transformation

Job Overview:

The CRD Transformation Officer is a key executive role responsible for driving the successful integration of systems, processes, technologies and business operations across the organization. This role will oversee transformational projects and ensure seamless client onboarding experiences which play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and long-term goals.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong program management experience, and a deep understanding of business transformation, integration, and client/service delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy & Leadership:

  • Lead and manage transformation strategy and programs across Alpha Platform to align and deliver end to end exceptional client experiences
  • Oversee and optimize the integration process for new clients, services, cross functional teams across the enterprise ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop detailed integration plans, timelines, and risk assessments to guide execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to define and execute integration plans.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client integration issues while ensuring a seamless transition for clients.

Business Transformation Leadership:
  • Drive business transformation initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and strategic objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes, technology, and client-facing operations.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance overall business performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through transformational change, ensuring that transformation objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of ac
  • countability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities to ensure the organization's growth and success.

Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive initiatives that reduce inefficiencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integration, transformation, and client onboarding.
  • Advocate for innovation in client onboarding processes, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the business and clients.

Risk Management:
  • Manage risk associated with client integrations, including identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in integration, transformation, or client onboarding roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies, systems intgration, and client onboarding best practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Charles River Development

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $282,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
