We're currently hiring Full-Time Dietary Manager Monday through Friday 8 hour daytime shifts.

💉 What You'll Be Doing:

• Direct and participate in food preparation and service of food that is safe, appetizing and is of the quality and quantity to meet each resident's needs in accordance with the physician's orders.
• Visit and document in PCC for all residents to conduct nutritional assessment and screening, explain diet, record food preferences and promote quality food service.
• Transmit order, inventory and stock for appropriate food and supplies.
• Maintain and inspect kitchen and food storage area to ensure it is safe and sanitary.
• Supervise staff, maintain schedule, monitor work assignments, provide feedback, evaluate performance and discipline as needed.

🩺 What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in food service management in a SNF or ALF healthcare center.
• An active CDM certification if preferred but willing to consider the relevant experience with n agreement to obtain CDM in first 4 mos.
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
