Recruiting Intern (Human Resources)

Position Overview:
The Recruiting intern is responsible for assisting the HR team in finding, recruiting, and managing non-exempt positions for Trilliant Food and Horseshoe Beverage. The individual will partner with the HR team as well as the operations team to assist in the talent recruitment process for hourly operations positions and other open positions in the company as well as learn how the HR department impacts the organization, managers, employees, and job applicants.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with Full-Cycle recruiting including:
o posting positions
o reading through resumes
o completing phone screens
o scheduling on-site/phone interviews
o completing offer paperwork
o extending offers to candidates
· Find creative marketing and sourcing options to recruit hard to fill roles.
· Manage requisitions/candidates through our Applicant Tracking System, Employment Websites and College sites.
· Participate in meetings to provide updates in the recruitment process.
· Perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
· Actively pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources Management or related major.
· Great attention to detail.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
· Experience hiring is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to meet the needs of employees and the business.
· Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
Hours, Location and Pay:
This role will be located primarily at our Little Chute, WI facility, with some travel to our Neenah, WI facility. This is an in-office role approximately 20-25 hours a week. The pay range is $20-$23 per hour.
Physical and Mental Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
· Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
