HR Specialist II - Compensation - Senior Analyst/ Specialist; Corporate HQ (Finance)
At DH Pace Company, Inc., you will be able to contribute your Compensation analytical skills and abilities for our privately owned company with 3,500 employees. Perform as our Senior Compensation Analyst / Specialist. If you haveknowledge of, and/or interest in, Benefits/Total Rewards, that will also be an area you will assist. Join our Corporate HR Department in Olathe, KS and influence our Compensation efforts of design, development, implementation, and communication of market competitive compensation programs as related to exempt and non-exempt compensation, as well as sales commission plans and bonus programs; union pay structures would be a plus but not required.
