As a SSO Technical Consultant you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and integration of Single Sign-On solutions for our valued clients. As a key point of contact, you will leverage your technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of SSO protocols, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the SSO implementation process
Lead and manage multiple concurrent SSO implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
Gather and document client requirements related to their identity management and access control needs
Configure and integrate SSO solutions, working with various identity providers and applications
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms for clients
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
Track and report program metrics to assess usage and success
Stay up-to-date with the latest SSO technologies, industry trends, and security standards
What experience you need:
3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Strong understanding of various SSO protocols, such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
