AREA VP HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE GROWTH WEST TEXAS (Project Management)

Area Vice President of Home Health and Hospice Growth will drive strategic growth across a defined region. This role will provide growthleadership, mentorship, and coaching to agrowthteam to exceed census, contact, referral and admission goals while fostering strong provider relationships and partnerships. High-impactleader who thrives in a results-driven environment, is passionate about home health and hospice and hospice and understands the delicate balance of patient-centered care and competitive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a regionalgrowthteam focused on referral generation and market penetration.
Drive performance against monthly and quarterly targets including contact, referral, admission and conversions.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, and other referral sources as determined.
Partner with branch and clinicalleadership to ensure alignment betweengrowthefforts and service delivery capabilities.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Implement standardizedgrowthprocesses and ensure CRM documentation is timely and accurate.
Support onboarding and continued training of new liaisons/growthstaff.
Regularly evaluate team performance, providing feedback, recognition, and corrective action when needed.
Represent the organization at regional industry events and networking functions.
