Project Coordinator - Safety & Fleet (Finance)



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Health, Safety and Fleet department. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities, resources, and information across single and multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and schedule project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Compile, maintain, and file project documentation
  • Support third-party administrator processes (ISN, Avetta)
  • Monitor and manage AED devices
  • Process invoices and assist with tracking incident rates and man hours
  • Support training initiatives and safety-related programs
  • Monitor telematics data and manage service activations/deactivations
  • Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate cross-departmental interfaces
  • Assist with workers' compensation and medical triage platform administration
  • Support project-related tasks for both Safety and Fleet departments
  • Manage multiple assignments using task management tools and effective communication
  • Issue timely reports and communicate project needs and deadlines
  • Complete safety-related and job-specific training
  • Assist in monitoring and managing company drug and alcohol testing procedures

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Safety, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 0+ years of related experience
  • Strong initiative and sound judgment
  • Excellent project management and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

The approximate compensation range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
