Lead R&O Maint Technician (Finance)



As a Lead R&O Maintenance Technician you will lead a team that repairs, tests, and certifies electronic equipment and systems. You will use your expertise to conduct testing, repair, and certification of mechanical and electrical components for several different products offered by Honeywell. In addition, you will interface with end customers on requirements and status, and contribute to shipping logistics, receiving, and inventory duties as required. Your skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.

You will report directly to our manager, and you will work at our Houston, TX location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead testing and repair of electronic units and systems
• Supporting CRP Operations to increase COPQ rework opportunities including various C200 / C300 modules, EHPM's, PMIO Firmware Upgrade, MC-PHAI01/PHAO01, FC-QPP-0002, CC-PCNT02, CC-PAIH02 for HPS/LSS
• Assist with logistics, shipping and receiving duties
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Perform administrative duties as required
• Assist in responding to CRP mailbox customer requests and communications
• Resolve technical / Export Compliance logistic issues
• Equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Identify parts for replacement
• Create new, update, and optimize test procedures and processes
• Interface with Engineering and Quality teams
• Support lab/facility certification activities
• Support Asset recovery activities & analysis
• Support the repair and test of HPS electronic assemblies.
• May require competency in soldering, conformal coating, part removal, prom programming, wire wrapping, and reading comprehension
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, part level schematics and repair work instruction applying necessary steps to rework/repair material
• Ability to learn board and system diagnostics down to component level to include functional test
• Ability to skillfully communicate issues or concerns

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical / logistics field or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with budget management.
