Program Manager (Finance)



As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead diverse projects across software development, analytics, and website content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, quality deliverables, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This role is instrumental in enhancing our operational efficiency while driving projects that are analytical, detail-oriented, and design-focused.

You will report directly to our Director of Customer Program Management, and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

  • Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Analytics and Reporting:


  1. Utilize analytical skills to gather and interpret data to inform project decisions.

    Prepare and present project performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to stakeholders.


Stakeholder Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

    Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.


Quality Assurance:

  1. Oversee the quality of deliverables by ensuring that projects meet design specifications, standards, and customer requirements.

    Implement effective quality control measures to mitigate risks and ensure project success.


Agile Methodologies:

  1. Employ Agile project management methodologies to promote adaptive planning and incremental delivery.

    Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


Continuous Improvement:

  1. Encourage a customer-first culture and continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.

    Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and attention to detail.
