WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Senior Sales & Rental Operations Analyst, you will play a critical function in developing and preparing various reports supporting the Inventory and Rental Procurement Manager and directly contributing to strategic decision-making across the company. If you are passionate about data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare monthly reports on company-wide Sales and Rental activity, including performance scorecards.
• Support Inventory and Rental Procurement Manager with reports related to inventory management and analysis.
• Produce monthly reports on Territory Manager performance; assist in creating a Territory Manager scorecard.
• Generate aged inventory reports and prepare DORF lists as requested.
• Document procedures in line with modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Machine Sales and Rental, Inventory and Rental Procurement Manager, and the Sales Administration team on special projects.
• Design and implement new reporting models at the request of executive management.
• Work cross-functionally with Information Systems, analyst groups, Accounting, and Corporate Sales Operations.
• Maintain strong, professional communication with corporate departments and internal stakeholders.
• Overnight travel may be required for this position.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial and operating systems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and big data workflows.
• Expertise in Power BI and AWS for developing reports and dashboards.
• Background in accounting or financial analysis is a plus!

Compensation: $82,468+ /yr (Depending on Experience)
