Marketing Intern (Administrative)



Our Marketing team is looking for an intern for the summer and into the 2025-2026 school year. 

The Marketing Intern will provide support to the marketing department by assisting with campaigns, content creation, and creative projects while gaining valuable skills that will help launch your career. This role will be a part of a team of professionals working to promote the company's brand and enhance client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media posts.
  • Support email marketing efforts
  • Support the creation of conference materials, including landing pages, forms, and emails.
  • Assist with construction updates and related emails.
  • Provide client and internal event support

Administrative and Organizational Tasks:

  • Update intranet with news posts, company celebrations, and other announcements.
  • Assist with project information organization and creation.
  • Conduct research for resources such as photographers, signage companies, and printers.
  • Upload and organize digital assets.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
     

Job Requirements:

  • This role will work full-time in the summer of 2025. This role will be part-time during the 2025-2026 school year. 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and also work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and contribute as a member of a creative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools or marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
