What You Will Do

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Business Analyst to work alongside our Operations group, focusing on trade data capture and transformation. This role is central to a high-impact initiative to launch a new product that consolidates multiple legacy systems into a single, modern platform. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the Trade Management team and internal/external technology partners, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will also oversee the training and onboarding of users to the new platform, while managing a team of analysts to support project execution and ongoing operations.

What You Can Expect

  • Collaborate with technology developers and operations stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Lead and support the transition to a new software platform, replacing multiple legacy systems.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Trade Management team and technology teams.
  • Manage, coordinate and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and updates using tools like JIRA.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor and support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of PPC's applications.
  • Provide strategic input on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in trade data capture processes.

What You Will Bring

  • 5 years of proven business analyst experience, preferably in the investment industry.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with bank loans and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Experience with large-scale software implementations or product launches.
  • Understanding of financial instruments and trade operations workflows.
  • Prior experience in training or change management.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $95,000 to $105,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
