Senior Systems Sales Specialist (Project Management)



Job Summary

Analyze business problems, opportunities and needs and translate to requirements for CRM to support the sales organization. Present recommendations to sales operations management and IT teams. Plan and prepare CRM business requirements and data analysis supporting options for moving CRM forward.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current CRM system, identify and recommend enhancements that drive efficiencies and effectiveness for sales in utilization of CRM.

  • Lead collection and creation of business requirements that support projects and enhancements that drive changes in CRM.

  • Lead creation of user stories for business requested changes and testing for CRM.

  • Collaborate with Training to help facility creation of training material on CRM and new functionality.

  • Collaborate with Director of CRM and Leadership of Sales Operations and Sales on communication of enhancements and changes for CRM.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and discuss CRM solutions for planned or unplanned work.

  • Lead for CRM business and IT weekly ticket and sprint meetings recommending priorities of tickets, small changes and maintenance of business work.

  • 3rd level support for users of CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems.

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or related area.

  • Ability to successfully apply standard business problem-solving skills to business problems with multiple variables.

  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volume.
