Quality Control Coordinator & Returns (Project Management)

Process all returned merchandise following company policies and e-commerce standards.

Conduct quality inspections on returned products to determine disposition (restock, refurbish, discard).

Maintain accurate return records in inventory management systems.

Work closely with inventory control and fulfillment teams to ensure proper product handling.

Identify quality issues and communicate with supervisors to prevent repeat defects.

Assist in preparing reports on returns volume, defect trends, and inventory impacts.
