The Role:
The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment within the assigned area, in alignment with corporate objectives.
What You'll Do:

Oversees Fleet Maintenance throughout all branch locations
Receive breakdown calls from technicians and provide repair facilities to take fleet vehicle toDaily monitoring of maintenance issues with fleet vehicles to include regular status updatesCoordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for driversResearch repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairsTrack, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections servicesInitiate, audit, and sustain all fleet maintenance files in all necessary systemsContinually focuses on achieving market base profitability through effective management of all fleet and maintenance activities within the assigned area, including cost control, employee development, and high training and safety standardsEnsures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.Manages effective utilization of vehicle assetsConducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.Ensures maintenance shops are adequately staffed and mechanics are properly trainedEnsures vehicle management systems are effectively utilizedAssists in budget process as requiredConducts and/or attends and contributes to periodic driver/safety meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among all employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiencyUpdates and submits required reports in a timely mannerWork with rest of fleet team to promote cross-training in all positions for seamless transition
What You'll Need:
3+ Years of Fleet Maintenance and Vendor WorkingStrong Desire to Grow and Develop A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
