Membership Coordinator (Heart of the Valley YMCA) (Healthcare)

The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring a Membership Coordinator. As a coordinator, you'll foster strong relationships with members, program participants, staff, and volunteers. One of the main components of this position will be to ensure members & guests are taken care of and customer service feedback is responded to quickly, boosting satisfaction & retention. In addition to working with the one of the best teams in the Valley, the role also involves recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure everyone has the tools needed to succeed.
